The main objective of FEPEX is helps to improve the profitability of production of the represented sectors (fruits and vegetables; Ready to use Fresh Vegetables; and flowers and live plants), the protection of the activity and the employment. To achievement of this objective three frameworks of action have been set up: the representation and protection of member’s interest towards different administrations, institutions, action bodies and international organisations; the providing of services to its members; and carry out other general activities, benefiting all Spanish producers and exporters.

In the institutional framework, FEPEX works intensively with organisations and institutions, that are somehow involved in the fruit and vegetable business, in order to get the agricultural commercial and social policy adapted to the characteristics and needs of the Spanish sector and to reinforce competitiveness in the foreign markets.

On the other hand, FEPEX provides a wide range of services, related whit quality, information, communication, prices, training… all services that contributes to improving the management of supply and the profitability of productive and commercial activity

Thirdly, FEPEX develops general actions, which contribute to the development of Spanish sector, as carrying out studies, quality procedures, and guides, among other things
